I have visited this site today to get some US dollars. Claire was outstanding. She was funny, but still polite, very helpful and just overall a lovely lady.

I needed a variety of notes so I don’t have issue giving out tips on my holiday, and she has done that for me with no issue at all.

I have visited many shops today and did some shopping, and I could tell lot of people just didn’t want to be at work after Christmas, but Claire was a breath of fresh air.

Dealt with by Claire. Really friendly and polite. Explained all my options in a clear manner. Really like the way she gave me a whole range of notes,not just a bundle of mainly €50 notes. Also given coins which is a brilliant idea I'venot seen before. Always end up needing coins for train tickets, so this is excellent. Great service.
