I haven't travelled abroad in 6 years so was pleasantly surprised to find I can order currency online and collect the same or next day. So quick and easy to pick up from my local shopping mall (White Rose Centre, Leeds) and on a Sunday too!

Collected money today after ordering online and was served by Oliviaha who was excellent. He was friendly, funny and a pleasure to deal with. Excellent exchange rates and my euros were already bagged up when I arrived. Great service and staff. Will be returning for my next holiday.

I got there for 9am but the cashier was still counting money and said to come back. When I did go back said they are not given enough time to open. Surely if you are due to open at 9am then this should be done before then and customers shouldn't be made to come back.
