Unfriendly staff. No greeting on entry and no response when I said goodbye. One of the 1 hundred dollar notes is unusable due to a large part of it being missing (bottom righthand corner). Whether the cash was counted by machine or person, this note should have been removed. I won't be using you again.

Shocking.

Like others on here I walked in as the doors were open. It was 4pm in the afternoon, within their advertised opening hours.

When I walked into the shop there was a strong smell of cannabis which was not coming from the street which was strange.

Then I noticed there was a notice saying we will be back in over an hours time

I looked through the window in the room next door and there was a female member of staff rolling a joint!

She quickly put it away and gave me a dirty look. I asked is it really closed for the next hour and she said there’s a clock on the desk in there that’s your answer!

Then simply ignored me.

Was it understaffed? Was it her 1 hour lunch break in the late afternoon? As she refused to answer me I do not know all I know is there is a rude woman preparing drugs in the back of the shop taking very long breaks.

I wonder what other illegal activities the staff are up to and I wouldn’t trust them with £10. Furthermore drug traces will contaminate the money, which could be a real problem for people using travel money in airports with drug swabs or travelling to countries with strict drug laws.

Had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Jed who made by transaction smooth, quick and convenient especially since I had just arrived in Leeds. He ran the shop incredibly well and managed to keep it insanely clean, and most of all he was just really nice. Thanks!

Worst exchange rate ever, 33% above the current rate. Also, I compared what I paid to the estimate on their website of the same day, I paid 10 pounds (5%) more in the shop.
