Staff working here were friendly, informative and polite. I ordered ahead for a better rate and picked up the money after I’d finished shopping!

Useless mong on the counter gave me Hungarian money instead of czeck, lost half of my money thanks, should be sacked.

I came to euro change to buy some dollars (for the first time) and felt the service definitely deserved to be recognised. As this was a first time for me, a lovely girl named ellie talked me through the situation and explained how it worked. I left happy and with everything I needed. Keep up the amazing service :)

I never usually leave reviews for places but I had such an excellent experience I thought it should be recognised! I recently had my money exchanged into euros for my holiday to Spain, it was done by a lovely girl called Ellie who was very helpful and thorough! I have only ever exchanged money once before so I am not very knowledgeable about what I need to ask for etc, but Ellie was very polite and professional, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! Would highly recommend, thank you Ellie!

Was given 350 euros in 50€ notes, Was told they had nothing smaller but I could try another store and they can change them. Went to 3 others stores to be told they couldn't change for anything smaller

Went in today feeling fairly stressed pre-holiday, and the smiles and helpfulness of both staff member (I can only remember Tom) was just what I needed. Not only did I get the money I needed but also left with a smile on my face

I was very pleasued with the service a young lady named Ellie provided me in exchanging my currency. Working without a note counter must be difficult but Ellie diligently counted, checked and double checked. Very polite and professional, recommend
