I came to euro change to buy some dollars (for the first time) and felt the service definitely deserved to be recognised. I never usually leave reviews for places but I had such an excellent experience I thought it should be recognised! I recently had my money exchanged into euros for my holiday to Spain, it was done by a lovely girl called Ellie who was very helpful and thorough! I have only ever exchanged money once before so I am not very knowledgeable about what I need to ask for etc, but Ellie was very polite and professional, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! Would highly recommend, thank you Ellie!

Was given 350 euros in 50€ notes, Was told they had nothing smaller but I could try another store and they can change them. Went to 3 others stores to be told they couldn't change for anything smaller

I was very pleasued with the service a young lady named Ellie provided me in exchanging my currency. Working without a note counter must be difficult but Ellie diligently counted, checked and double checked. Very polite and professional, recommend
