Took her 20 min to exchange some money needed to call somebody to approve but they didn’t pick up so I waited ,but the end when I give mi license they needed the phone number and email address as well. As I didn’t want to give away mi email address she didn’t change the money so be careful when you go there,because you end up not changing the money and it’s just lost of time!
After they have all mi details from driver license why they need mi phone number and email address?i think that’s personal stuff nothing to do with the exchange of the money!

your exchange rate is very competitive as long as you order in advance.
but, I wanted to order 3 lots of Euros as I was getting Euros for 2 other people I am travelling with.

I needed to provide them with a receipt for their money.
your website now totals up the order as these are all one currency (Euros), this did not use to happen.
Also I wanted smaller notes - If I ask you store to make them smaller when I arrive to collect your staff will not want to re-adjust the money.

Also I process 2 orders and your system won't let me oder 3 separate orders, but I didn't know that until I had processed the first 2.

I asked when I collected the other 2 orders, if I could purchase my third order, but wanted to charge me an alternative rate.

Connor and Lily helped me out at the Lakeside Branch today. I have never exchanged currencies before so any questions they were happy to help. Lily aided me with the best deals to get my moneys worth. Connor was very thorough with explaining the policies and the ‘buy back’ deal. They both made my visit easy and simple, giving fantastic customer service. I will definitely be going back to this branch next time I need their services. Thank you Connor and Lily!
