The website advertised click and collect in 60 seconds however upon clicking to order to collect to the branch, it was available for collection after 3 hours. We received confirmation by email which is excellent. Arriving at the branch, as advised on the website, we had to check identity to collect the money (good and felt safe and secure). The collection was easy as advised on website/email. Packaged nicely and sealed for collection. Overall, we recommend this service just the advertising bit about the 60 seconds collection is a bit misleading.
