Got a good exchange rate and very easy to order online. Rachel had the money ready when we went into the store and was very friendly. Although we didn't choose the buyback option, she took time to explain about the boomerang offer. Will definitely use this service again.

This was my first time using the Durham euro change. I’d struggled to find Japanese yen elsewhere at short notice but Duncan was really helpful when I rang and helped me order them through the click and collect service. Then he had them ready for me to pick up within a couple of minutes. Great service all round!
