This was my first time using the Durham euro change. I’d struggled to find Japanese yen elsewhere at short notice but Duncan was really helpful when I rang and helped me order them through the click and collect service. Duncan was so helpful. Service was excellent and friendly. Money was counted out properly and wasn’t rushed so I knew what I was getting. Everything was explained very well. I didn’t shop around for rates, but was very happy I went were I did and had Duncan attend me. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
