Communication via email and SMS's were professional, correct and on time. The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful, although the queue was a bit long when I arrived. She thanked me for for my patience waiting for the other people to finish. Great service to use for online purchase of currency and collecting on the day you specified. I could see that arriving at the counter without any appointment can be a long process, which was the case with the person in front of me.

Exchanged some money today in american dollars and egyptian. Had a very nice conversation with the lady behind the counter and she was great with my two boys. Showed them lots of different currencies which they can't stop talking about! Very helpful with the process and very professional. Would highly recommend

We'd paid £4 for the buy back guarantee, but the lady behind the counter explained to us it would expire before we even left for out holiday - we missed that when purchasing. Without any argument or prompting, she refunded us the £4. It's that great service and understanding that will make us come back again 🙂
