Ordered euros online after being quoted dreadful rate of exchange from post office. Excellent next day service. Collection easy from booth in Morrisons. Served by Timothy. Quick, efficient and helpful.

Easy to complete online and pick up from Morrisons, Cleveleys. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Would recommend this to others requiring foreign currency. P.S. Do use the online service and pickup as you will receive a better exchange rate.

Only ordered our dollars online in the morning, and they were ready for pick up an hour later. We we're served by Jack, who was extremely polite and friendly. He even wrote on our receipt to have a magical holiday.

Ordered ingredients & collection was straightforward but upon returning home and checking the currency I noticed that the order of 115 euros was dispensed in denominations of 50, 2 x 20, 10 and 3 x 5
I ordered the currency in order to be able to purchase small cost items e.g. bottle of water and a 50 euro note would not have worked at all given the small amount I ordered. I called the branch and the young man, Jack, was very helpful and said if I called back in, he would split the large denominations. I went back in the following day. It was a different member of staff and when I explained, he said he would split the 50 but not the 20's. Even though I explained again that any large purchases would be made through a credit card and asked he he could split one of the 20's, I was told no.
I felt very unhappy at the lack of service.
