I’ve never enjoyed changing money as much as I did with Josh. He was friendly, charming, thoroughly professional yet engaging. He brought an effortless positive energy to his role and made my bleary morning much more tolerable. I’m very much of the opinion he should be allowed to take the week off so he can come and have a drink with me in Paris. He deserves it! Thanks Josh!

I was served by Josh today - really lovely and chatty guy. He got my money ordered in and soon ready to collect! I had to go back and change the date of collection which wasn't a problem and done quickly.

Josh was very friendly and provided excellent service. I was able to get my euros quickly and efficiently and he even kept my purse safe when I accidentally left it there!! I would definitely recommend coming here to anyone wanting to exchange their money and receive great customer service!

Josh was very nice! He asked about my trip from Canada and we had a great conversation! As well, I had accidentally left my bag there when I did the exchange and he informed security and put outside the store so I could grab it even when the store was closed! Great service!
