BEWARE - FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

Asked to exchange for their advertised rates. Took our money + passport somewhere. Started speaking to someone by phone. After a while said that we need the PAPER proof of where the money are from (even though it wasn't a lot - I earned it and it was in CASH), and how we intend to spend them (I mean shopping?). Didn't return the passport or money until he stopped talking and we requested it all back. Lost 15 minutes for nothing.

Please choose the Post Office nearby, they have nice exchange rates and didn't hold your money or passports.

Went there before 6pm today, managed to get there after work, and upon arriving, they closed early. Was asking if they could do mine as I’ve book an appointment online, nada. They’re closed. Even saw the same person still there half past 6.

Went to go collect my money.
Says it opens at 9.
Got there for 9:10 shutters still down and lights off.
Why advertise hours if you’re not trading them?
Have wasted time and money getting here

It would be nice if they could count. One assistant (wearing thick lenses) made a mistake counting my 530 Zloty (she missed about 250 Zloty.) Then I was short changed by 50p. Otherwise OK.
