Happy to take money on click and collect but don’t say you need to bring ID when ordering what was meant to be convenient has now waisted 2 hours of my day.

Update: when purchasing online it is not mentioned at checkout or ordering to bring id, you do receive a text message but by then it is too late. The gentleman at the counter was brilliant this is more an issue with you clearly misguiding clearly needed instructions to customers.
