Bim & Emily were such lovely people they helped me feel at ease throughout the whole process as I was feeling anxious as it was my first time exchanging money alone. They were so friendly, asked me where in Europe I was travelling to and even gave me recommendations on what to do whilst I was there as they had gone multiple times before. They also complimented my nails which made me leave with a huge smile on my face, amazing service and lovely bright personalities <3

Just wanted to get a simple quote for a big amount of money as I am going to Europe for a long time. The guy at the till made me feel like I asked money from him for free or something? He is like, in the UK, we have laws, we need to check your bank statements, where the money is coming from, are you a UK citizen and etc. Pretty racist and rude, thinks he is superior to their customers. Save your time, do yourself a favor, just go upstairs to the other exchange office.

Really bad experience with the gentleman who dealt with me. After 3 types of ID checked and debit card's pin verified, which took forever, he handed me over the envelope with the cash (2k) and point blank refused to count it. I explained I felt uneasy counting so much money in public and he said it was my money and he wasn't allowed to touch it!!! I opened the envelope and clearly looked so scared to count it in case somebody snatched it and ran, that his colleague, a lovely lady, offered to count it for me behind the glass. It was all correct and she was lovely, but I won't be going back because of him.

I received a really nice service from Emilio, he was patient enough to explain to me the details about the travel money card and cleared all my doubts and he is well spoken and a really nice guy. Overall, it's a really nice team.

Served by the lovely Emily for the second time to buy, currency was very patient with me as I changed my mind a few times, and still gave me a smiling service also gave me a great range off notes and even sealed for me in a sealed envelope so it wont get wet in the rain. Fabulous!

Such lovely people - Emily LB and Ronnie literally saved my holiday and my life by checking where I was going on holiday, as I'd asked for euros and actually needed Hungarian Forint. Couldn't have had more friendly and helpful service.
