Martin is utterly rude and uninterested. Moaned that I arrived 5 mins before they opened “don’t you know it’s a bank holiday”, proceeded to just stand there until 10am even though it said 9am on the window. I was struggling to purchase from the website for a better rate and he was unhelpful. Said it wasn’t his problem and “everyone else can do it why can’t you”. This is so poor, does not compare with service I’ve received from other branches. Will not be returning ever, shame really as I live round the corner.

Just been to Africa
Went to exchange our currency
Handed the 3,900 African Rand to the server Bethany and she counted the currency by hand and only once .
Then gave us the receipt and UK notes in exchange
As we walked away and walked towards the high street, we realized she only counted 2,800 Rand
We had been short changed by £1100 Rand
We returned and she said she had made a mistake and happened to have the notes piled to the side .
We had only given her small notes of 200, 100 & 20 rand
Which means she short changed us by at least 6 notes .
Unfortunately I cannot trust this service again
As I can understand short changing us 200 rand or 100 rand
But 1100 rand is too much !!

I booked appointment online to sell my currency at local shop. I filled all information online like address name etc. I went to the shop and extremely rude girl asked me to give all information again, I asked why you want my information again instead of explaining what their system asks it again she said you don't need use our services and you can go elsewhere. I never seen so rude staff in my life.
