I went to exchange my Hungarian forints to pounds at around 1540 on the 19th of April. Lynn I believe was her name was more than accommodating and always smiling. She was welcoming and so helpful to explain the charges included with the exchange transaction. We even had a nice conversation. Her customer service skills is extraordinary. I travel a lot and thanks to her I would come back.

Got there at 8.55 this morning ready to collect my order. Waited along with 2 other customers till 9.25 before leaving as there was no staff member there. One of the other people waiting called the helpline who couldn't contact the area manager but did finally get the person meant to be opening up.Was told would be another 15-20 minutes wait which I couldn't do.Spoke to Jackson Square security who said they were often late and to use Hays travel or M&S instead.Will do...

Excellent service. I order online and my money is waiting to be picked up at a date of my choice. The interest rate is much better if you order online as well. The staff are always friendly.

I went at around 17:20 on the 19th July. It got the job done but the member of staff had a terrible attitude and equally bad customer service skills. I also asked for €75 with 5 of them in euro coins. She gave me €75 in €5 notes. Likely won’t be visiting again

I recently had a rather unpleasant experience. I witnessed a worker named Murphy handling a situation poorly. He accused a lady of having a fake ID without proper evidence and proceeded to refuse her a confiscation form. This lack of professionalism and failure to provide proper documentation for such a serious accusation left a sour taste in my mouth. It's disheartening to see a representative of a business act in such a dismissive and accusatory manner towards customers. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure a more respectful and customer-friendly environment in the future.
