I found your rates to be the best when I searched online. It was quick and easy to order and collect from my local store. I appreciated a mixture of denominations in my notes. The handwritten message on my receipt wishing me a safe trip was a nice touch. Thank you

Absolute thieves these lot are.
Two problems with them one time I gave them £800 for euros and after they took payment they didn’t have the euros.
Told me to come back on two occasions right up to the day we flew out and refused to give me a refund. Finally got the money after several calls. What kind of exchange shop doesn’t even have euros.
Today I went in and wanted £200 in Egyptian pounds, they only had £100. Guy didn’t tell me the rate would be so poor and I was in a rush I didn’t expect to get conned.
£100 is 6455 in Egyptian pounds I revived 3800…. Won’t give a a refund and won’t pay out more.
So angry and will make sure none of my family or friends ever use this company again.

Best currency in town thought line was long but rohan the advisor went through queue quickly and helped me with problems. I do think casheir should accept tips but advisor said no per company policy but i rather give tip when service is. Brilliant. Thank you eurochange?

Bought euro’s online at a decent rate . Collected from Bedford branch next day . Very easy & positive buying experience.
