Went for USD to GBP change today. Shirley was really helpful and cheerful. Thank you Shirley. Only thing to criticize is the rate difference 🙁 It’s said that there is no commission taken but that’s actually charged with the rate difference to be honest.

Went into the Bath branch this morning and was served by the lovely Lina. A beautiful smile greeted me and she was most helpful in giving me a very good rate for my transaction. I was also in there in December last year and promised her i would be back. I was not disappointed and will definately be back in a couple of months time for some more euros
