Been today for my euros. Crystal and joanne were fantastic.
Very pleasant ladies. Told me about all offers etc. good rates. Def use again. Simple. No stress.

Got a good rate with them online, which is the good news. However, they wouldn't accept the Nationally recognised PASS ID hologram card as proof of identity. Couldn't take a passport as I'm in the process of getting new one, and I don't hold a driving licence. Now means I will have to make a special journey down another day when my passport arrives. I wouldn't mind, but you need to verify your identity with your passport to even get the PASS ID card.

Ordering and collecting the cash was fast & efficient. My only issue is that almost all of my 1.7k plus euros have been given in €50 notes. Not good when many shops & vendors at our holiday location wont take €50 notes. Wish there was a way to request smaller denominations of currency. I wouldnt have minded a few hundred in 50s but not €1400! Gonna spend half of our holiday searching for places to change cash. The lira currency i bought was much better. Cant go wrong with lira, the notes dont go high enough?

Always helpful and seem to carry a good range of currencies in stock so you can get something immediately. Have also used the order online service and it works well. Friendly and helpful team.
