I’ve just spent 22 minutes of my lunch break here, appreciate it’s probably skeleton staff over this period but there was only one person in front of me in the queue, who then cancelled her transaction at the end when she got told the exchange rate. I wonder if it might be worth making customers aware of this straightaway to prevent similar unnecessary delays?
The woman who did serve me was friendly, and efficient, with me, so no complaints there, just the delay with the one person in front that was the issue.

First if all. I’m type of person who doesn’t like to complain or write bad reviews, I’m known to be positive all the time. However, my experience with Eurochange Banbury branch is extremely bad! I purchased euros online and I went to the branch to collect my money, when i got there my order was ready to collect in closed envelope. My flight was the day after I collected my order. I got to my destination and found out that there’s €100 missing! The amount should be €515 and there was only €415 in the envelope! As i trust this branch I didn’t count the money before collecting it. After that I got in touch with them and explain what happened, unfortunately their reply was so disappointed they didn’t even care about my concerns and they were ignoring all my concerns and complaints. They ruined my mood while i was on holiday and i had hope that they would help me out by checking the footage but nothing was done. Now, I’m still waiting to come back and deal with it myself.

I suggest you update your opening times. I looked online to check and it said 9.00 am. Got here at 9.30 closed. 9.40 still closed. Opening times at kiosk say 9.00 am.

After travelling 1hr to get here, inadequate staff knowledge required several phone calls for us to redeem our travel card money.
With more important things to do on my day off, I was not impressed, and neither was the 10 strong cue of customers behind us.

Dealt with Anna at Banbury whilst getting some Euros. She was the only cashier on duty but that didn't stop her from being very friendly and polite, while also being efficient at the same time. It was a pleasure.
