They are helpful but at the same time all they care about is pushing sales, you almost feel like you work for them instead of them providing you with a service. Do not recommend for anyone unless you have sizable business and even then they will hound you to grow it more and more. Too much stress for my liking

We use Equals Expense cards for our business and are very pleased with the service. We can add virtual cards instantly for our teams at no cost and can have them working in a matter of minutes. The app allows us to categorise expenses and add receipts straight away. Very impressive and good value.

I was experiencing difficulties in ordering one member of staff a new card and then accidentally loaded an incorrect amount onto another member of staff's card. Shauna Johnson was not only prompt to respond to my plea for help but she sorted both issues for me within minutes. Shauna was absolutely brilliant and helped me to resolve the issues clearly and quickly. Thank you Shauna, you are very good at your job

The online form is not set up for a charity but a quick call and the advisor was so helpful getting it all sorted for us.
The cards unfortunately didn't arrive but this could be that the delivery address is to a business unit with an external post box and if there's a new posty may have been missed.
Again another call and another advisor took the case on. I've since had to cancel the old cards and re-order new cards. Its only been a say or do so fingers crossed.

I use Equal's for another business I work for, from ordering online to delivery of the card I've had no issues.

I have been a costumer of equals for quite sometime now and last month on the 9th of december 2023 I received some payments into their online wallet which they provide as i was only using them to pay our suppliers. They put a stop on the account and said they required more information about the payments i sent them invoices issued to my costumers, then later on they asked me to send them tracking number of the goods that we was receiving from China/Hong Kong. I sent them all of that and today it’s the 10th of january and my money is still nowhere to be seen a total sum of 85K GBP, i ring them and i keep speaking to a guy called David Tibber, after a month their compliance team hasn’t finished checking 5 payments, i asked to speak to a manager or director as this is affecting a lot of our business and in that 85K there is a sum of 30K that is our costumers, i asked to speak to a manager and director and David said no you can’t as they won’t speak to you. What kind of company does that they have had my money for a month can’t tell me why, and David also said that there is no timeline on to when this will be resolved, such a bad costumer service.
I just find it amusing how they have a team and the whole team put together can’t check 5 payments within a month absolute joke of a company and the frustating part is they said to me F off if i wanted to speak to a manager.

To get a simple report I have to wait weeks and months. I am bounced back and forth by support and no one really cares about my request. I often have to call back to ask what the current status is. They send you "solutions" which I can find in their documentation online myself --> of course I have tried that and it didn't work, that's why I contacted support. As a result, we wanted to cancel as a company, but it is not so easy. First of all, the support is miserable there too, and they need documents to close the account, which we as a company don't want to send just like that (for example account statements), because all expenses are visible, which are none of Equals' business.

Never again...
