My first ever car rental experience in the UK: Pickup and Dropoff were made super easy by the friendly staff at the branch, everything was made clear on the day, it took less than 10 minutes to get everything sorted and I drove off with a 25 plate beautiful Vauxhall. The car itself was clean and in excellent condition, no problems whatsoever during the whole journey of 2 long days. Would definitely rent with them again.

Recently rented a car from this branch for a week. Paid for "Compact" and got a 25 plate Peugeot 208 GT. Super simple and hassle free pickup and drop off. Car in good condition and fairly clean. Dropping the car off is nice and easy too. Parked and walked in telling them that I am dropping off, and they went out and did a walk around. And they are happy to give me deposit back. I would definitely rent from this branch again. Hopefully my upcoming rental is as easy and nice as the previous one. I would recommend doing a video/ some pictures of the condition of the car during pickup and before returning it. Just to give you a peace of mind.

Overall, we had a good experience with this location. Pickup was straightforward and quick with very friendly staff members. We did have some mechanical issues with the car, but appreciated how Khalid and the rest of the team guided us through the potential recovery process. Eventually we were able to make it back to return the vehicle and I sincerely appreciate their efforts to make things right. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again.

Long story short, picked up car from Swansea at night in the rain, reported heavily damaged alloy wheel,
Left following morning in the dark and heavily raining. Arrived at London Heathrow for the rep to go straight to the opposite side of the car still heavily raining! To say there was a nick in the tyre!
I was informed by Sav I didn’t need to put in the report that the wheel was heavily damaged, I refused to sign.
I asked for my handover details and the previous handover form yet to no to prevail.
I have lost my deposit £200 “the price of the new tyre”!
Conclusion lesson learnt. Will never use this company again. But I will be going in to see the manager of the Swansea Branch when I get home. Be Careful!

I’ve used Enterprise twice now, first through my breakdown cover, and second time on my own.

I’ll be honest, after reading some of the online reviews, I was a bit sceptical. But the deal they gave me on a car was just too good to pass up.

I had a small economy car, and from the moment I picked it up to the time I dropped it back, everyone I dealt with, including the manager—was really friendly and helpful.

People need to realise the staff aren’t on commission, so when they point out damage, it’s just part of their job, not some scam.

Things go wrong with cars all the time, so personally, I think it’s smart to go for the higher level of cover. And to be fair, they don’t push you to buy it either.

Top service all around, I’ll definitely be back.

Renting a car at Enterprise City Centre in Swansea is easy. You can walk there from your hotel down by the water, or the train station; and then drive back to pick up your friends or family. The staff was professional and explained the rental options clearly. As an American, I don't normally purchase any extra coverage when renting a car, but something about the tire coverage caught my attention and I'm glad I payed the extra £40 (or so) for the tire coverage. Because the roads in Wales are narrow, and 10 miles out of Swansea on your way to the Gower, there are lots of tiny rocks on the side, and if you drift too far to the edge - as you might do since you normally drive on the other side of a much wider road; they will puncture your tire. So consider paying the extra £40 for tire coverage! While we missed our day touring the Gower, we were towed back to Swansea and the tire replaced very easily, no fuss. And I thank the sales staff at Enterprise for mentioning the hazards on the country roads when showing me the car!

Terrible company. Made me pay for damages to a van (small dent), in an area that already had previous damage. They did not use my money to actually repair the van, they just pocketed the cash.
