One of the shoulder diamonds of my 13 year old engagement ring got knocked out whilst chasing my son round a local soft play.

Not only did Empire replace the diamond with the same clarity and cut marquise I lost but polished and re plated the white gold of my ring so it looked brand new! Really reasonable price (was quoted more than double at another Wilmslow jeweller), friendly and professional customer service, and they finished the work a week earlier than they quoted too!

I can't fault them, this is an exceptional jeweller and I would not go anywhere else! I am so happy! Well done Empire. Xx

I handed in my ring to be repaired, in needed a new small diamond, the price quoted was reasonable so I left it with them. When I picked it up, all looked good but after a few days I noticed the new diamond didn't look quite right, as it was small I couldn't see the problem. I brought it back in, Joseph was amazing, he took it and said he'd adjust it and a week later when I returned it was perfect. I wasn't asked to pay extra (and I would have been happy to as long as the repair was invisible). The second time it was perfect and I was delighted. Great service! I would highly recommend and use them again!

We stopped at this beautiful Jewellers in Wilmslow as I wanted a larger diamond for my engagement ring.

After an indepth explanation about how different cuts would look, I opted for a few carats more and was excited to see the end product using my original ring. I got a call the next day to say my ring was ready. I was delighted with my new diamond & heightened sides, my ring looked brand new 💎 I am beyond happy.

The quality of service is outstanding! So much so that when I returned to Scotland I contacted Joseph re Diamond Earings I had seen. My son bought them for my 60th with Joseph posting them to Scotland. They arrived in a beautiful box and are simply stunning.

Joseph and his staff are polite, courteous and truly care. I was not buying a Rolex but felt appreciated & valued for my purchase. Whether you spen a few hundred or thousands you get the same great service with no pressure to buy! This guy is an absolute gemstone himself!

I saw the sign of fixing the jewellery when I was driving past. I popped into the shop and the gentleman gave me a warm welcome. I brought my ring which was missing a diamond and Joe put a new stone within two days! Also gave the ring good polish and it is shining again. They are very professional and so generous and I would go there next time when I buy jewelry. Highly recommend!!
