"Tiny station, does the job. After stopping in Borehamwood and then London for a day event, we found this was perfect for us. There was a 20-minute delay after a branch landed on the track. An okay enough station which is let down by the below average (at best) service provided by Thameslink. Step free access is available to all platforms via lifts halfway down and the station has ticket machines, toilets, a Costa Coffee and local buses serving right outside of the forecourt.

Does the job as a station. Costa is handy but leave time before your train is the service isn't fast. Nisa is also handy but typical high station prices. Toilets are functional.

Useful station that's mostly used to get into central London. It has good transport links to the surrounding areas. Trains run frequently so you don't have to worry about missing a train. There aren't enough staff around all the time, especially for to automated ticket machines. Some of the staff can be rude and unhelpful.

Staff are really helpful where they can be, shame about the awful service provided my northern thameslink. Bit of advice - always plan your travel around cancelled or delayed trains, happens far too often.

Easy to use ticket machine, or if you are in a rush you can tap your bank or credit card on the barrier for quick charging for your journey.

It's looks ok, relaxed and calm. It's currently 1:12pm, nice weather but looks a but deserted.

Giving my overall rating would be from what I'm seeing now as I'm arriving and what I've seen in the comment section.
