Do not use this card as a travel card I was in the USA when via the app I changed my PIN number and then proceeded to use my card as instructed via a enter pin at terminal card was declined on every occasion which left me stranded and red faced As I couldn’t even withdraw money from an ATM using the card and the new PIN number the app is pointless and not fit for purpose. On top of that when I went to look at my statement the money was shown as being taken by all the places I used which go decline how is this possible how is the glitch even possible? . So now I couldn’t even transfer the money on my easy fx account out to use in another card because easy fx has illegitimately taken the money out as spent when clearly it wasn’t. To top this there is no emergency number to call abroad. This is a very poor card rates are also average and not the best. I will be filing a full compliant on my return and cancelling my account.
