Previously left a review but seems to have disappeared. Friendly and very helpful, especially Minash who has helped me get items to my vehicle due to my disability. Really like the new layout and setup too with a lot more on offer with the shop. There are queues sometimes, same as any post office, but I have always found the staff helpful and friendly. Appreciate having such a pleasant shop and PO in the village.

Angela Gillies, you should be thoroughly ashamed of yourself and you should be asking for your review to be deleted; just a shame there is no moderator to stop reviews such as these being posted !
I have used ELPO for over 20 years and always found the staff to be efficient, friendly, polite, helpful and extremely patient with their customers.
Yes, there are occasional queues, usually around the busy festive season, but these are more often caused by customers who rarely use the place and are unfamiliar with the products and services, rather than the efficiency of the staff.

I have used the post office and shop for many years for my new papers, general small items and the postal part. They have always have been friendly kind and attentive for me. Particularly recently when I had difficulty to get there. Manish has been a good friend.

I have used this PO for 16 years for business purposes and have found the staff to be unfailingly helpful and knowledgeable. The service is good, the counter staff very friendly and the occasional long wait is simply down to the volume of business, not the people running the place. A recent review makes comments that, in the light of recent press reports, appear to be bordering on racist.

I have used this post office for many years. I find the staff usually very helpful particularly Manish who is always very friendly and nothing is too much bother for him. New owners take a while to find their feet and some customers just don't like change!

I have been using East Leake P.O. for about 10 years. During that time it has changed managers
I think 3 times. I have not experienced any problems with any of these. As I visit the place
Daily I come in contact with the shop staff daily . On the shop counter I see , Manish,Jeanette and
Harshill mostly, and they are always polite helpful and Friendly.

Truly anasset to be the community
Through lock down and beyond the team have supported my mum providing the daily papers but also going the extra by delivering anything she needs.
