Perfect short stay at Dornoch Hotel, wonderful service and experience from start to finish. The room was gorgeous and quiet and the dinner at Bar Ross was exceptional. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Birthday Stay||This is our second stay at Dornoch Station Hotel this time to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and from start to finish it was a truly memorable experience. The hotel went above and beyond to make the occasion special, surprising us with thoughtful gifts including gin, biscuits, a tote bag, water bottle, golf hat and markers, which was such a lovely thoughtful touch as my wife’s a golf professional. ||The hotel itself is beautiful, full of luxurious touches with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, always making us feel valued without being intrusive.||The food and drinks were excellent, and the whole experience felt both personal and special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate, and we left feeling spoiled and grateful.||Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable getaway or a perfect spot to mark a special occasion. We’ll definitely be back!”

I went for afternoon tea with my mum and two sisters. The food and atmosphere were good, staff were very helpful and accommodating - I like my coffee milky so had a couple of refills on the milk. It was a very enjoyable afternoon.

Fantastic hotel, wonderful hospitality. I have had had dinner in The Golden Gorse restaurant at Dornoch Station twice in the last six weeks and on both occasions the food and service has been exceptional. Bar Ross is also the perfect spot for snooker and drinks.

Stopped into the bar hungry after a good coast walk, dogs are welcome although we left our to sleep in the vehicle. Good choice of food on the menu - went for a beef burger and chicken burger. Both very tasty so we felt we had to check the dessert menu too. Equally nice and definitly cancelled out any energy burnt on the walk! Staff were friendly and nice relaxed atmosphere even though it was quiet (Monday afternoon so not suprising!)

We love staying at Dornoch Station. This was our second stay, and we are already making plans to return! The hotel is ideally located — the view of Royal Dornoch Golf Club is breathtaking. The staff are attentive and kind. The facilities are excellent. Sitting on the front porch is a perfect venue to finish each day (preferably with a Glenmorange in hand).

View of the sea and walking distance to one of the world’s greatest golf courses. Nice bar and dining room. Comfortable room. Great staff that goes out of its way to help you get the most of your stay
