A great team. We had to cancel a holiday with Jet2 to Benidorm because of Covid with only 2 days notice. The manager and staff worked hard for the 2 days to ensure we were able to book a replacement holiday with no penalty although Jet2 wanted to charge us the hotel cancellation fee. Excellent service, professional but friendly. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I have recently return from a bespoke holiday to Asia put together by Jenny at the North Shields Branch. Everything was precisely planned and the knowledge and expertise of both the areas which we wanted to visit and fights were just as Jen had described.

Everything went to plan perfectly, the flights, private transfers and hotels were first class. We had an amazing time ! many thanks to Jenny !

I have tried other travel agents before, but in my view, Dawson and Sanderson and in particular Jen go one better than the other operators. It is clear to see that the staff are well trained and go the extra mile.

Jen your a star ⭐️ will be in soon to arrange my next holiday ! Be prepared !

I usually plan and book all my holidays and travel plans online and this is the first time that I've used a travel agent in years, but my decision to 'pop in' to Dawson & Sanderson in North Shields turned up trumps, with Maria fully recognising and understanding our holiday needs and coming up with a great holiday package to Santorini which we didn't think would be possible! The friendly and professional service we received was second to none and I would definitely recommend them and I know we'll be back to book our next trip!
