Once they had my money quoted awful exchange rates. Was going to charge me 3k, when I complained she said oh it's because she accidently put spot forward for a year. Then quoted another awful bit slightly better rate, I refused and then the problem she said was a frozen terminal and she would have to call RBS directly. The 3rd quote was better and I felt I had no choice but to accept. The 3rd quote was still more expensive than wise. The issue here is that once they have your money it puts you in a vulnerable position. Don't use these people, they are nowhere near competitive anymore. Use Wise, I wish I had.

The agent from Currency Solutions promised to transfer all my savings to my bank abroad in 48h max but I have been waiting for more than one month and there is no indication that the money is reaching the beneficiary. Even the tracking number that they provided is not recognizable. The service of this company is very bad and I do not recommend it to anyone.

I have used this service for atleast 10 years, when I first transferred a large amount of money to buy a house abroad. They are very professional, friendly, reliable and helpful. I trust them to give me a quick, reliable and excellent service. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone. All the staff are efficient, and funds can be quickly and easily transferred. I have been using Currency Solutions for about 9 years with regular transfers, always without a hitch. My dealer is extremely helpful and is always very friendly. When I recommended the company to a friend, she couldn't thank me enough as she said it made getting her money back to the UK so simple. My only regret is that I didn't know of Currency Solutions when I purchased my home abroad as I could have saved thousands of pounds on bank transfer fees.

Great service as ever from Currency Solutions. I use them to send money to USA & Thailand. My usual broker (Steve) was away, however I always get great coverage from other brokers (Leigh and Peter). Reliable, great rates, courteous. Highly recommended

I too have used Currency Solutions for some years and am delighted with the ease, quality and speed of service. My only gripe is that I would like better rates - but then, wouldn't we all? It is a relief to deal with people who do not hit you with various hidden charges. I would definitely recommend using them.
