Used this company to sell Euros. Have been greeted by a member of the team in the waiting room, taken upstairs to their offices where I made myself a free coffee. Lovely building and rooms, very pleasant, clean and calm. Felt very safe and professional atmosphere. All my questions were answered and the money exchange process was complete within 5 minutes. Instantly received the receipt and as I have chosen to receive money on my bank account, the wait will take 1 working day.

Amazing service! The reception (2nd floor) was super helpful. I actually didn’t prepared well as if you go on their website you can place an order (which you need) to proceed with the exchange money. It’s super quick and straightforward.

The team is super nice! I definitely recommend as it feels way more secure than a counter one in a busy street, and very nice people ? thanks again guys ?

Efficient service, competitive rates, and would definitely use again.
Only downside is that I wish there was an option to drop off the extra foreign currency to an office rather than insist on posting it back. Even the Post Office staff thought it was a bit risky. Nevertheless, happy that the process worked out.

Was a bit hesitant to send my money over by bank transfer to receive delivered currency exchange but after reading some reviews I decided to take the plunge. I'm glad I did as I received the money by special delivery before 12pm, the day after I made the transfer.
