We have been using this place for years but we where made to feel like strangers today , customer service is pretty much none existent in this place i’m very disappointed to say the least, next time I will prefer to go out of my way to the Oakwood branch the staff there are way friendlier !!! Common sense is vital in business but unfortunately it does not exist here!

Had a terrible experience here, really cold vibe in the shop, terrible customer service, there was a lack of humaness, connection and understanding! Felt like I was communicating with AI, nothing personable or warm about the service! I Won't be returning again!

Honestly the worst Exchange rate, I usually go to the Edgware branch but I decided to go to this one because is closer to my house. The Edgware branch is amazing and everything is good. However this time I went to this shop, I changed 2.000 euros and they were asking me 1000 questions like i’m a criminal or something. They gave me a £50 note that did not work and didn’t find a solution to resolve this problem. Honestly i’m just over it and if I could give it a 0 star review I would. I’m never changing my euros to pounds in London, I will just do it in Spain.

Ridiculously expensive! € is almost 1.20 but offered me 1.12. Told me it’s cheaper if I do on their online! What’s the point of having a shop? I immediately got far superior rate 1.17 less than 1 mile away. Avoid unless you want to be ripped off.
