NEVER CHANGE YOUR MONEY THERE !!!!
I wish I knew I could actually change my money at a MUCH better rate in Tunisia. They sold me £1 for 2.55 Tunisian dinars and here it's 3.95 !!!! Lost almost 400 Tunisian dinars which is a lot here.
Never go there please, for your own sake.

Felt totally scammed! Like another reviewer got caught out not checking the rate before thinking I would get a small amount of cash changed at Luton airport when going to morroco. The rate I got was 7.2, I wish I had checked what the true rate was but didn’t think they would clip nearly 40% off the top! I landed at Agadir to find similar booths at the airport offering 12.5!
They will probably post a reply about rates being clearly displayed or 0 commission, but whatever they say they are just praying on unsuspecting traveler's. They don’t need to charge any commission when they are making 40% on the transaction. Only saving grace was it was just £100 I changed for cabs and tips. I feel sorry for the poor people who change all their holiday money. Should be some clear warnings about the rates. Maybe display the rate at the airport and the actual rate so people can understand the cost instead of big neon signs about 0 commission.

"Robbery in day light" is the best way to describe them. I exchanged 70 pounds to euros and they charged me 20.9 pounds as there service charges and gave me 58 Euros. The lady in the counter had "ha ha, got ya" look on her face. Fricking ridiculous!!!!

I recently used change money bureau one along Oxford Circus for a forex exchange and couldn't be happier with my experience. They offered fantastic rates and their customer service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend

Horrendous exchange rates. It’s a shame that the British government let’s this “estabilishment” scam it’s travellers like that!

There’s no display with the rates stated plainly because the company knows they’re ripping people off and it’s impossible to undo the transaction once you walk away from the till. A homeless guy on the street will give you a better exchange rate!

P.S. The 5-star reviews are probably fake and comissioned by what I can assume to be the relatives and friends of the cashiers looking to prop up their employment. Not a good look!

I didn't take note of the exchange rates before I left to go to Morocco on holiday I received 7.7 dirham for £1 sterling but everywhere else you receive over 12 dirham how can this be legit? ..... I spent £405 and received only 3000 derham which is only about £250 where is the rest of my money.... I received a better exchange rate on a cash machine in the hotel it feels like I've been robbed in my own country!

Absolutely scammy rates. DO NOT EXCHANGE YOUR MONEY HERE. They won't let you withdraw directly in the currency of your card either. They always charge you pounds and then apply a scammy conversion rate. E.g. I tried to withdraw 60 euros from my German card, and they wanted to charge my card £63...
