Lovely Farmers’ Market set in Cullompton’s Historic High Street. The Market runs from 9.30-12.30 on the 2nd Saturday of the month. Located in the newly refurbished Higher Bullring, there are plenty of places to sit under the stunning Lime Trees. A good range of excellent quality produce from Pork, Mutton, Venison to Seasonal Vegetables grown a stone’s throw away. There’s Cider, Plants, Herbs, Jam and Cheese with hot venison or pork sausages for a great Saturday morning breakfast! There’s also the Lime Tree cafe which has outdoor seating, perfect for a sunny day! FREE Parking for an hour in St Andrews car park makes it great if you’re popping in or it’s £1 for 2 hours or £2 for 4 hours. Located just off Juction 28 of the M5 it’s great a a place to stop enroute down to Devon and Cornwall. They also have live musicians on occasion to add to the atmosphere. This market is one of the first farmers markets in the country which was started 27 years ago. Do go along if you’re passing this way.

It is small but there are all the essential food stalls one need. I love it because the quality of the products is excellent. It is fresh, local and very affordable. Farmers and producers are available to share their passion and advices. It is worth going!

A small but excellent community farmer's market with knowledgeable local traders & producers, held on the second Saturday of each month. Born in the late 1990s, the market is run by enthusiastic and passionate people who care about the town and the community spirit here is strong, everyone is friendly, there is a good atmosphere enhanced by live music. Flowers, jewellery, cheeses, cider, meats, vegetables, home made cakes, bread, eggs etc. make up the stall profiles and is all top quality produce at surprisingly competitive prices. There are plans to expand the market in the future, meanwhile agree it is relatively small, but what is there is well worth supporting and at least a visit. Recommended!

Erm, I worked on Leeds Market at the age of 8. I would call what's in Cullompton a few stalls. It's the smallest market I've ever seen but with good products I assume. Things look fine. It takes about 1 minute to walk by for a quick browser.😁👍They also have to be insured for up to a million pounds.
I don't know how they make a living from it but the fish van which is there every so often looks interesting.

Cullompton farmers market which under normal circumstances is a monthly event, see advertisement boards round town for next event is a well supported market selling local products from fresh meats to pies and craft cider plus a fresh fish van is normally there as well. Would highly recommend a visit.
As an update the Saturday farmers market is running fortnightly and has more stalls now. There is also a market every Wednesday with a fresh fish van there.

Great produce at reasonable prices. Have purchased goat meat, goat burgers, Dorset red cheese, chutney and lovely handmade soaps at the last few markets.

I like this market with many farm products, such us vegetables, eggs, meat, cheese, honey, chocholate, and plants with flowers. Very nice sellers who show their product and are more than welcome to help clients.
