Sourced my 2017 T8 XC90 in August this year, 71k miles and a great spec for a VERY reasonable price. There was no pressure sales, no pressure on up selling finance as I was a cash buyer, no intense warranty offers either although I did extend to 12 months for my own peace of mind.
I put my deposit down over the phone had 101 photos sent to me and then after viewing in person they had a few scuffs scratches and dints repaired at their expense.
I also had the car delivered to me and hour up the M1
Had a couple of teething issues when I got it home due to a block sunroof drain and a blown fuse for the 12v port but both these I got sorted for less than £4, however there was a full offer of a courtesy car and for them to collect and sort at their expense.
I want to kindly thank Adrian, our salesman, for being available by phone even on his days off.
As well as we came during that heatwave and they have an amazing cooled seating area/office space that we fed our baby in.

I cannot fault Crystal, or Louise and the rest of the team, after being badly treated by another dealership, Crystal have made the whole process stress free, enjoyable and honestly amazing. The cars are all so well looked after and presentable. I was given extended warranty and had a slight issue a few months in⦠that was not their fault and didnāt have to be honoured⦠Louise saw my car the same day, and booked in the work and allowed me a courtesy car for myself and my son - all work was honoured and complete within 2 days!!
They couldnāt do anymore if they tried! Even allowed my son, who has sen needs to ask the mechanics a million questions about the fast cars and have a look! He still talks about the garage daily!
Will be returning for future cars, and will recommend to anyone!

We visited Crystal Motor Company to view a Porsche Cayenne priced at £24,895. The car looked good cosmetically, with only a few scratches, but mechanically it was not in great condition. There were oil leaks and noticeable vibrations while driving. When checking the service history, we found that another garage had already mentioned this vibration and recommended further investigation. There was also a strange noise while the car was idling, possibly from the exhaust.
Louise was very friendly on the day and said all these issues would be fixed if we decided to buy the car. She promised to show us proof of the repairs before collection. We paid a £500 deposit and waited for confirmation that the car was ready.
Be careful with their service history ā they stamp the book, but I honestly doubt any real servicing is done. Also, there was a Ā£300 āservice feeā we were not informed about in advance. The POS receipt for the card payment was even placed on top of the invoice to hide it. When I called to ask, Louise said itās on their website and that we would have been told about it when collecting the car ā but why hide it instead of being transparent from the start?
Four days later, we were called (by a man, not Louise) and told the car was ready. We arrived within an hour and were very disappointed ā the oil leak was still there, and the vibration and noise were unchanged. After the test drive, instead of addressing the issues, Louise and the other salesman told us, āWe wonāt sell the car to you as youāre not happy.ā
Louise even said, āEvery car has an oil leak, you should expect that.ā I find it shocking that a Ā£25,000 car is being sold with that explanation. She became loud and defensive, saying their technician was happy with the car and that they had no pictures of the work done, only a āreport.ā When I asked to see it, she said the person responsible was not answering ā and then suddenly claimed he was on holiday!
Clearly, no real work was done, and the entire process was unprofessional and misleading. They wasted our time twice and were rude in the end.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend this dealership.

First of all, what I would like to say is, My experience with crystsl motor company itself has been nothing but amazing even though there was an issue with the car and the car broke down as i was on my way home the same day of picking it up but let me explain.
I bought a beautiful and amazing 2019 Alpha Romeo Giulia Veloce from them on Monday 18th Aug 25, and Drove it to Birmingham for a quick visit family, no issues with car, then i was on my way home about 2 and a half hours from there, and about 2 hours of driving I decided to pull over at Membury services to stretch my legs and this is when the Issue occurred. As i was slowing down to park the car, the start stop button unavailable sign and check engine light popped up on the dashboard and the car jolted to stop on the one side of car park lane. The Car would not start as seen on the video attached.
It was already 7PM and the Crystal Motor Company shuts at 6PM. But even then i rang them, just in case if anyone was in and they were!!, Louise who was very kind told me that dealership is shut from 6PM and she was answering it from her home and the call has been diverted to her number. She reassured me that the issue will be fixed and covered by Crystal Motor Company.
Lucikly it seems to be a battery fault, because after trying the jump leads on two cars, leaving the second car running and attaching to my car for a while, it finally started and i then managed to drive home,
The next morning (Tuesday), when they were open i rang them again and this time the Boss of Crystal Motor Company Answered and he explained what to do, and once again reassured me that they will cover it.
So i went to Alpha Romeo Dealership and got the battery replaced and fitted which costed me over £400 but I got it reimbursed very quickly and all of those issues from before are gone .
Overall, I'm thoroughly pleased with Crystal Motor Company, they have been very helpful, and cooperative with the whole process. This little issue with the Alpha Romeo will not deter me from buying and selling cars with them in the future and i Highly recommend Crystal Motors Company to anyone. They will take care of you like they took care of me.
