Completely avoid this website and this company as my money ( send 02/09/24) has still not received at the destination. They won't answer the phone and will only email as technical glitch. I am going to report to the financial conduct authority(fca).
It's a trap as they respond to your emails with same wording g as technical glitch only.

I made a payment of £1366.12 on 02/09/2024, but it hasn't yet been transferred to the beneficiary's account. I make them dozens of calls daily but nobody picks up the call. I have also sent them more than 20 emails and they respond with a copy/paste message of technical glich in the system.

I have also asked for a refund of my money but no response to my refund emails either.

I AM GOING TO COMPLAIN TO "FCA".

I believe they are taking this oppertunity to collect as much money as they can as their online portal is still working, then they will run showing backrupcy to companies house.

The service here has gone downhill, we've been using for them couple years now and it's all changed so much. Sent money a week ago and the beneficiary still haven't received it. I call and they don't know but when I withhold my number, they answer and lie again. Have they stolen my money? I definitely won't be using this company again and will report them for fraud.

Horrible customer service. I have sent money to Pakistan on the 28th July. Recepient still not received it. They do not pick up the phone and do not reply to emails. How do I contact them to get my money back?
This company is not reliable at all. I do not advise to use their services to send money.

Please avoid this . This is a trap. I think they have taken our money. They don’t answer the calls .They send standard emails to everyone saying that technical problems. These people are looting us and we are risking our hard earned money .

I used them to send money to Pakistan after transferring money it’s been many days but on there app it’s still showing as processing I tried contacting them but with no answer I will urge everyone not to use this company or you will either loose your money or will be trying to contact them and they won’t answer your email or your calls

Extremely poor service! They don't even bother picking up their phone. The transfer takes days ( rather than 24/48 hours as advertised online which was previously 2 hours). I have made several attempts to call them without any luck! Best to look for other remittance company.

Utter poor service from crosspay ,send money to india on 16th July 2024 and today is 23rd July still holding the money and not transferred yet to india. When called customer service ,they saying ,sorry, sorry won't do anything. I need that money transferred back to india or back to my Account ASAP.
