Very good. Kept me up to date with txt and calls to make sure I was in for the appointment. Lady that came out to do it was very professional and answered any questions I had about what it was for. Respected that I needed to get my daughter and the baby up and did all down stairs first. Quick and it was all done before I knew it.

Brilliant customer service, team were very helpful when I needed to reschedule. Lady who visited was very polite and professional. I have a young child with autism so was worried about the impact he may have on the survey being carried out however the Lady was extremely understanding and made us feel at ease. Brilliant company!

Absolutely brilliant company. The gentleman who came to do my flat was courteous polite & efficient. He explained everything about what was being done and his role as a surveyor.
