When we attend this place, it is usually to purchase fruits and vegetables. Country Market has an impressive selection of these and it is always a joy to visit because of the range of items that the market sells. Everything always looks fresh and colourful. Although the prices are quite expensive (as a result of which, we don't purchase items from Country Market on a regular basis), the cost is usually worth it.

The members of staff are excellent and I cannot think of anything that your staff can do to improve. The only matter about which I am concerned is the cafe located right next to your company. The reviews of The Good Taste Cafe are astonishingly horrible. It is also causing harm to your company because I have read some of the reviews and some people mistakenly think that The Good Taste Cafe is part of Country Market. Some of the reviews are quite reprehensible and this is disappointing to read especially because your members of staff excel in their roles.

For example, Roy has a great sense of humour, excellent customer service skills and is efficient. I do hope that one of his managers sees this review as the work that he does is worthy of praise. The members of staff work hard, but it is mostly Roy who is at the till when we attend Country Market.

I recommend Country Market because of the high standard of customer service, the range of items and the fact that the place is always very clean.

There are so many wonderful things to see and appreciate, such as the high-quality fruits and vegetables, the wonderful variety of cheeses and the garden centre.

Usually just shop at the market and aquarium but decided to try the cafe today and wish I hadn't. The decor was a little worn but ok, staff more interested in their own business than the customers. The table's were covered in crumb's but we had plenty of time to clean up as the coffee took ages to come. Unfortunately the coffee was not worth the wait and neither of us finished them.

I travelled over a hour to come here before an appointment.
Went to the coffee shop as the restaurant was closed, not an issue! The young lady that served me was so nice and chatty(colourful hair) I waited for my food at my table, and an older lady, dark hair, came over to drop it off. Slammed the plate down with such force I was actually taken aback. Went to say thank you and she said ‘thanks very much’ in an extremely condescending and sarcastic way, again I was really taken aback! I finished a small amount of my food and left as I felt so awkward like I had done something wrong. Went to go to the farm shop and walked around a little bit then left, I felt stupid for even going in there as the older, dark haired lady was so rude and just made me feel awful, completely killed my mood. Don’t want to spend my money somewhere where I am clearly not wanted. I suffer with anxiety and going somewhere new, alone, is extremely hard. I went today to try and push myself to do more things alone and she has completely set me back. Would not recommend.

I enjoy purchasing most of my fruit and vegetables at Country Market. They are usually very expensive and most of the time it is worth it.

Usually, the only time when I interact with your members of staff is when I am at the till. They are consistently friendly and one man (I think that his name is Roy) has an excellent sense of humour.

Sadly, I think that the cafe next door is tarnishing your reputation. If you read some of the reviews, some of them are terrible. If you could actually buy the place (or if their lease is not renewed - I obviously do not know the company aspects) and then sell meals prepared with your own food (ie cheeses, salads, meat), this might resolve the matter. Your being in such close proximity to people who behave like that is worrying.

A great place for food, gifts and plants!
We visited today and it’s always good to see the wide range of fresh produce and the great range of meats.
Christmas had arrived too and there was an excellent selection of decorations, crackers, gift wrap, trees, lights and gifts. Plenty to browse through and lots of stock in interesting displays. There was also a separate area with artificial trees, baskets and outdoor lighting although the set up was a bit haphazard, probably not quite finished yet. Well worth a visit.

Very overpriced for the quality. I don't mind paying extra if it's actually good quality but can get better at the supermarkets. Especially the butchers is low class. It looks proper but they use a ton of flavor enhancers in the meat just to make it bearable

Garden, home accessories, butcher, you can find many things you are looking for here.. the parking lot is very large.. and those who want to buy fish should definitely come here
