I scrapped my 12 year old Nissan Micra after the starter motor died and it wasn't worth repairing due to bodywork damage. Copart were extremely professional at every stage and the process was very easy. Collection took less than 15 minutes on the agreed day and the quoted price was paid into my account within a couple of hours of collection. The price was fine. Everything was better than I had expected it would be.

I had a banger I needed getting rid of. Another company arranged collection but didn't turn up and ignored my messages. Copart collected at 10am, I notified DVLA online and the money was in my account by mid day.

Lots of one star reviews from are from auction buyers and people who have had their vehicle involved in insurance claims, but if your looking to sell a rough car for a reasonable price I'd recommend them.

They so professional to be called scammers but I'd say they are the definition of a Scam company, they list cars and they misadvertise them by telling false information, and this issue has been happening to a lot of their customers including me, I wouldn't really recommend them at All, the government should look at their work strategies on how they scamming people. They ask for a high fees and their customer support line is the deadest customer help line I have ever dealt with, they are too good to be bad and too bad to be good.
People don't waste your time buying from them, theirs a lot more auctions has a better deals with lower fees and no complicated deals or scams.

Bought a car from them it was advertised as a Run and drive car, but when I switched on the engine the car seemed to have an engine problem and they never put it on their advertise and they cleared all the codes from the dash so the buyer can never notice, how dirty is that?

Brought a mini, absolutely as the pictures …paid for delivery.
An update might have been useful, however the car was duly delivered within the agreed time scale. It is a trade sale, so your dealt with as if you know what your doing. Thanks co part 👍

Copart Rochford lot no 60277012 buyers don't waste your time!!! Sold me van but forget add to on advert there is no dpf, no exhausts system, no Injectors, no inlet manifold, no egr valve,no turbocharger, no alternator, engine sized, pipes all cutted. This site is absolutely rubbish!!! Site menager Michael Joseph don't even bother to replay to emails. Scumbags, liars!!! Can't describe any better. And Copart do not replay to this message with auto answer '' contact us we will help you''YOU ARE NOT DO ANYTHING TO RESOLVE ISSUES!!!!

My insurer (Aviva) used Copart when my car was written off. The engineer quickly produced a report and valued my car. Within a week the money was in my account and the valuation was very fair. Could not fault them.

Delivered my car damaged. And only could offer £50 for the repair. Which cost me £300 to get the car fixed. Didn't want to take responsiblity for the damage. When i talked to one of the manager called simon masih. He cut the call on and didn't want to listen to my side of complaints. That they have made a final decition thats it. I had to listen to them. Very bad customer service.

Nearly been 2 weeks since my accident, they’ve sent 5-6 tow trucks (I’ve lost count) and they’ve all been ‘cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances’. Avoid.
