Having worked with particular members of the Communicate Better team for 10+ years, I truly couldn’t recommend a better telecoms company. They go above and beyond to provide exemplary service, and their hard work, speed and diligence in solving even the most minor teething problems is something I’ve not come across in any other company. We have complete trust in their ability to provide cost effective, workable solutions tailored specifically to our business and it’s varying needs. A particular mention must go to Rhona Coram-Fry, who has been our telecoms sidekick for many years now and never fails to provide the absolute best service. Always with a smile too, which counts for a great deal! Can’t fault them.

Have used Communicate Better for many years for IT support. During the pandemic they have been exceptional. Their engineers all speak a language we can understand and not just in computer talk and explain the process what has been done rather than just fix the issue.

In particular I want to name Jamie Brook who has been exceptional with his support through pandemic and upgrading some of our services and have made a couple of site visits where necessary. His work is prompt and precise and again explains the process clearly.

If it was possible to give this company ZERO STARS that would be a better reflection of my dealings with this company. I have never done a google review before but feel utterly compelled to share my horrendous problems with this inadequate company.
I run a small business reliant on a telephone system....simple you would imagine for a Communication Company? - think again I have had 12 months of weekly issues. The company cannot even set up a divert to a mobile number successfully without issues. Weekly we have to email to correct failures in our system causing staff downtime and potential business loss.
DO NOT USE THIS COMANY.

Our business - Maggie Sottero Designs LTD - had a new phone system installed this week (Horizon - Cloud Based), the whole process starting with Steve Cartwright, then over to Laura Medley, then finally the 2 engineers James and Kev was excellent, we was not without our phones for more than a few minutes so no business interruption as our Retailers had not been informed. Love the App that accompanies the fixed line phones also. Would highly recommend.
