Great pharmacy, prescriptions are always ready on time and never any faults. Although they work in a very stressful/busy environment, the staff are always so friendly and polite. Staff have also been very helpful with answering any questions very honestly and also giving advice when needed.

The lady serving this morning appears to have fallen out of a Walt Disney depiction of a victorian school mistress.
I do not appreciate being looked at over the top of a pair of glasses in a withering manner and spoken to in a condescending tone.
As a character actor I would give you 5 stars, as a helpful pharmacy assistant 0 stars.
May a suggest you take your talents to the local am'dram's and let someone who is sympathetic to the needs of the customers fill your current position.
Simply not the right person for a customer facing role.

Update: I will not be removing my review. 'Rude and demeaning?' you hit the nail on the head there...thats exactly how I was treated. I am very much not alone in this view.

It was very obvious that the person serving this morning could not care less whether my housebound, elderly and frail mother receives her medication or not. Apparently we can’t pay for delivery online or by phone. Not at all person-centred and not one modicum of compassion or attempt to be helpful shown by staff member. As someone who has worked in the NHS my whole career, I appreciate operational pressures but it is disappointing that such lack of care is considered acceptable even from contracted services.

Usually this place is spot on but today I've had an absolutely awful experience which is sadly becoming less rare, i need emergency strips for my type 1 diabetes finish up with medical centre to put them through in less than 10 minutes which is great, only to be left waiting on hold for over an hour from about 11:50 way till their dinner break at 1 when they temporary close, im forced to get someone to cover my shift at work so I can wait for them to open to actually go up and say it face to face, huge disappointment I just want a box of testing strips. Maybe this review will go back to 5 star but for now it'd be 1 star if it wasn't for a few members of staff who are absolute angels there. (Edit: they deserve another star, the staff themselves try to provide decent service, very busy pharmacy with lots of people to serve considering it's size, although the only way they addressed my review was through asking my mother despite me being here close to daily)

July edit. Now back to 5 stars as hand Sanitiser replenishedIt, I previously said ..... It really is great having a pharmacy in the village. It's convenient and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, I've removed 2 stars !! It's been an odd month, so I happened to go in 6 times so far this month (June 2023) and each time tried to use the hand Sanitiser but it's empty. Additionally they have removed the Perspex dividing screen at the counter -why It was only a partial screen, but to me it makes complete sense. Rules may have changed but sense should prevail.
