I had excellent contact with Tom, whom I contacted before the purchase. My first payment failed due to banking restrictions related to Brexit, so we called each other to proceed with the payment by credit card. I was hesitant at first because of the disastrous comments on the internet. Tom provided me with the parcel tracking number which arrived in France barely a week later without any problem. The object is incredible, compliant from start to finish (despite the little documentation available on the subject). If the story is true, I bought a piece of 20th century history and the liberation of Europe which unfortunately takes on an ever more current resonance. Thank you Tom.

Placed order 22/11/2024. No communication. Still waiting for delivery. Website was showing ‘ready for dispatch’ for weeks. Now it says ‘delivered’ but I can assure you that my items have not been received. This lack of communication really puts me off ordering anything from you guys! Now I am out of pocket and have no items! Please respond to my messages.

20/01/2025. I have responded - still waiting for refund.

27/02/2025. I am still waiting for a refund guys!!

Extremely disappointed and frustrated after numerous emails and phone calls neither of which have even been answered.

My sling has still not been received after a month, no dispatch email received, no tracking number. No updates whatsoever. They were happy to take the money though!!

Couldn't recommend anybody use this service if this is how they conduct business.

Wish I had read reviews before using them.

I ordered on the 22 of May 2024 (order: 3126) 4 L1A1 slings with a proven payment. I've emailed several reminders but I haven't received anything, not even an answer or a refund. I even tried to call and left a message, but no call-back. Don't order here, I lost £69.57.
:REPLY TO YOUR ANSWER: No, this is not true. It has not been delivered at all. Please send me any proof of delivery if you have one. I never received any answer from my numerous mails, you're just trying to save your reputation. Please refund or send the items.
FEEDBACK 2 WEEKS LATER: still no proof of delivery, no refund, no mail communication. AVOID THIS SITE, IT'S A SCAM

I ordered a few weeks back, almost a month now (order: 3130) , I’ve emailed frequently but not received anything back from them, not even an update to what’s going on. Payment was sent the same day I placed my order (I can provide proof). Would be nice to either receive my product or receive a refund.

Looking at the positive reviews makes me wonder why I have been ignored, as I’m sure they’re usually pleasant to deal with 🙁

I ordered there in April (order 3067 & 3095) and haven't yet gotten a shipping notice. I mailed them multiple times about my problem, and haven't heard back on a single one of those. Even phone calls immediately send me to voicemail.
At this point, after being ignored for months, I'd really just like my money back.
EDIT (August 30th. 24): A few days after this review, I finally heard back from them: They asked if my order had arrived. Which, of course it hadn't. I answered they're mail and asked if they could send me the parcels tracking numbers, to which I'm yet to recieve a reply.
At this time I believe the packages have never left and they're just swindling me.
It's been 5 months now.

Thank you for your reply. I don't enjoy doing this over Google Reviews, but it seems to be the only way to get a response.

In the hopes to clear this up:
I sent you direct emails to your provided address on May 28th, June 25th and July 15th, asking for any kind of update. I got no answer on any of those. Somewhere in between - I don't know the exact date - I tried using the contact form on your website, but also to no avail.
From the second mail onwards I always provided name, order number and email address inside the mails text, as requested on your website due to technical difficulties.
After writing my Review here, I got my - until this - first response from you on August 10th, a mail in which you asked if I received my items.
I answered on August 11th that I hadn't and asked you to please contact your shipment company so we can find out where the problem lies. I haven't gotten any response back since then.
This is the full extent of my communication with you, which I'm happy to provide.

I don't know who you might have talked to over social media, but I never contacted you any other way then email, or Google Review.

I just checked the receipts, the address I gave, as written in the order details is my correct address and copy-pasting it into Google Maps leads directly to my house.

As you talk about social media contact and wrong addresses: might there have been some mix up between my and someone elses orders?
And as you talk about emails, that never reached me: may the problems in your website's email system also include not actually sending out emails you wrote?

I'm thouroughly frustrated with this whole ordeal, but if we can actually figure out what's going wrong, I'd like to do so.

Could you please send me another email with the any kind of dates and tracking numbers you have and the social media contact - or the entire conversation - of the person that contacted you? When you sent it, could you please also make a note in your reply here, so I know something should have reached me - in case it somehow doesn't get delivered again.

EDIT (September 10th 24): A week went by without an answer from them.

EDIT (September 17th 24): Still no answer from them. I'm left to assume, that they can't actually prove anything they wrote about here.

A great place for gun and history Buffs!

I had a brilliant time here today the guy who was there was very kind and helpful and the stuff I got was very high quality especially the replica guns I got

The only disappointing thing was that the guns I wanted which was the AK-47 wasn't there despite it saying it was on the website but that certainly didn't stop me from getting good quality replicas anyways

So yeah I would recommend coming here however I would recommend you place an order on the website first so then you can just pick it up especially as by the sounds of it they are going pick up or delivery only

But other than that I will certainly be coming here again whenever I have saved up more money probably next year
