Hi, thank you so much for your help and time especially George, Nicole and the team. They have been very helpful and kind, I spoke to George on 23rd August and they made my dream come true within a week or so from DIP then got my Mortgage Offer. I understand there’s a Broker fee which may look unattractive but everything was handled by CLS and you basically pay for a speedy efficient service which is well worth it, if not I may not have got my mortgage. At one point I thought I couldn’t get a mortgage and I may have to pull out of the chain but now it’s celebration 🎉 thanks to CLS. Thank you again.
