Disappointing Experience with CTI Imperium

As a trader, I’ve had a frustrating experience with CTI Imperium. Their trading system consistently fails, causing delays and missed opportunities. Here are the key issues I’ve encountered:

As a trader, I must wait for my setup to play b4 entering the market. This takes days to play out, and when I’m finally ready to execute a trade, I find myself stuck in a queue or facing unexpected delays. It’s incredibly frustrating to wait so long only to miss out on potential gains.

Unactivated Orders: Even when I set buy or sell limits, many of my orders remain unactivated. This forces me to chase the market, which puts me at a disadvantage and exposes me to stop hunts.

Lack of Reliability: As a trader, I rely on a system that works seamlessly. Unfortunately, CTI Imperium’s system has let me down repeatedly, impacting my trading success.

CTI propfirm ? good support and respond to query are attentive. I'm happy to work with responsive CTI propfirm then others that need to repeat so many times of the same issues or no response which you can feel they are not real propfirms.

Customer support is prompt and they do payout and are one of the more professional props out there but they did decrease leverage for funded account

1. CTI paid the profits and refunded the challenge purchase fee to me. The payment process takes 2 weeks, which is quite long. However, CTI's support department has been very supportive of me. The CTI web interface is very easy to use and intuitive.
2. CTI paid me the second time. This time they paid very fast. I requested payment in the morning and I received the money in the evening. They also encouraged me to reach 10% to upgrade to a new Level.

Since switching to a new server, the experience has unfortunately worsened. It regularly happens that trades cannot be executed, the server freezes or that the trades go beyond the SL.

To be fair, the support via Discord and email is good. The trades are usually credited, but that shouldn't actually happen at all.

You don't feel comfortable when you execute a trade because you don't know whether it will work.

In addition, 10% profit is still required in the first phase of the challenge. That should be a maximum of 8%, as is now standard with many other prop trading companies.

I would really like to give a much better rating, but that's not possible at the moment, the way things are going.
