I’ve been using the Charlton Kings Post Office branch regularly for over 4 years since publishing and selling my children’s books and the service is always great. Susan in particular is a familiar face who I see regularly, and she’s always been great to deal with and very friendly.

When I had problems finding the right bar code to scan having booked on line Susan was extremely helpful and patient so my parcel was able to go on its way. The staff at this PO are often under stress due to such a lot of people using it but they all remain friendly and helpful.

We use the post office a LOT sending out parcels and letters in high quantities at times.
Staff are always extremely helpful and assist with a smile and a friendly chat.
Susan served me today and as usual very professional and knows the job very well.
Would be very sad to not have this on my doorstep.

Rude lady at the rear desk was snarky with my wife in front of other customers. We’re now boycotting this PO and, by extension, the Nisa shop within which it is situated. Can confirm other reviewers’ experience of friendly and helpful service at Leckhampton PO.

I want to say a big thankyou for the great service I got recently from Susan at Charlton Kings Post Office. She was very patient, friendly and helpful when I was posting my old passport back to the passport office and was having a few difficulties. Everything she did was above and beyond, and it was very much appreciated.

Much as the others, woman behind the counter slow, rude, and condescending, spent 15 minutes in a queue where I was second! Seriously need to retrain the staff!

I use the Charlton Kings Post Office regularly and have done so for years. The staff are always very helpful and efficient and you can even drop parcels off on a Sunday! A big shout out for both Susan and Julie who always offer an exceptional service. Thank you!
