Very very poor delivery service. 1 call attempt and was bad signal so he hung up, was a random mobile number to me, i didnt know it was the driver. Then turned up at my door. I had a friend rush to my house to see the furniture was already built, not build on delivery, and the driver was going to leave it in the front garden as he had other deliveries to do and couldn't get it through the side gate.
My friend just paid him and sent him away. When I returned home, I managed to get it in my garden only to find out the coffee table needed built.
Who is going to build this? I thought their delivery policy was to help us through the whole process and assemble furniture?

Awful experience avoid at all costs, my purchase was through B and Q and they do not respond to messages at all. I have had 1 bench replaced with another which is worse than the previous one, the slats are not correctly positioned and when you sit on it they push the other slats off and the nails push out causing them to cut the children's legs. Absolutely awful experience and poor quality item. Useless customer service who do nor respond.

Listen up people - Beware of this company!! They have a policy of agreeing a delivery date and time, then advising they cannot deliver on the day at the agreed time. When you ring the office as directed their option is to pay any remaining balance and they will leave the item at your property (if no one home as at a time you were never required to be available then this is obviously not a safe option). If you refuse this as not a viable solution they will tell you that there is no option of another delivery date despite their breach of the delivery agreement and advise that your deposit is non refundable. This is unethical, not on their contract terms and in breach of contract law. Wonder how many deposits they keep whilst failing to meet the terms of their own contract. Staff are unhelpful and ignorant of the basics of contract law. Give this company a wide berth.

We ordered the two seater swing chair and also bought a planter and were absolutely delighted. Fabulous products. Great quality, good value, great customer service and communication for delivery was excellent. Confirmed delivery slot the day before and arrived on time and built on site. Very very happy and would definitely recommend.

Excellent firm will definitely use again. Customer service excellent (Ian the rep was brilliant) delivery driver very helpful even took round to back of house and helped set up . Delivery 3 days after order. Very sturdy well built furniture at a very reasonable price A1

Received our garden furniture (6 seater table and chairs/benches plus cover and parasol stand). Great value for money on any metric - quality of materials, workmanship, aesthetics and one thing we didn’t need to do was assemble it as it was delivered already assembled and the delivery man kindly put table together which was the only part which needed (minimal) assembly - no sitting around for hours with diagrams and bags of numbered nuts and bolts. The benches are very comfortable. The furniture not only looks but feels robust. We discovered the company at the Liverpool Christmas market and I immediately noticed the furniture they had on display looked so much more solid than anything I had seen in any of the big chain stores. Delivery was prompt - a few days after the initial order and delivery including bringing in around the side of the house and dropping in the garden - none of this ‘kerbside’ nonsense where you get to drag it around yourself. Thanks Charles Taylor Trading! Recommended to anybody wanting solid, beautiful, aggregation free garden furniture..

Just had delivery of our garden furniture today and what an excellent shopping experience it has been.
From the start, ordering at Filey food festival from Ian. Ian spent time explaining all about the product and delivery, which gave us the confidence to place an order after adding that they could deliver to Hampshire. Small deposit needed and balance paid on delivery and after any required assembly.

About 3 weeks later I got a call to arrange delivery and a date was agreed. A couple of days prior to agreed delivery I received a text message reminding me and another one from Simon the day before delivery confirming date and time.
Simon delivered as agreed i.e. time and assembled what was needed all done professionally and courteously.
What a fantastic product and service.
I highly recommend this company.

We bought our furniture on Llandudno pier two nice helpfull gentlemen, they really didn't have to do a sales pitch because you just look at the furniture and it sold itself. Very good price and very quick delivery and a friendly delivery driver.
