Excellent rate! Was almost exact to what google said was the going rate for the amount! Guy did seem a bit blunt and not cheerful, but I don't mind. I'm just happy I got a good rate.

Probably the best place to buy crowns. For selling crowns (to eur) the light blue place next door offered marginally better rates at the time.

Overal very satisfied. Got even more crowns than the rate that google suggested.

Surely, the guy working there doesn't do western level customer service, but who cares. You get a fantastic exchange rate

I don't usually write negative reviews but this occasion deserves it. Prague is a beautiful city and my only bad experience has been in this exchange house. If it is possible, go to another one. I needed help exchanging a bill for smaller ones and the man who works there couldn't have been more rude and unpleasant when I asked him the same question twice because English is not my native language and I wanted to make sure what I was doing. Not recommended.

I was exchanging 3000€ and the guy didnt want to give me a receipt. When I finally manage to get it, he handled me a contract that he didn't want me to read, he was just ordering me to sign it and leave in a very aggressive way.
I do not recommend to exchange money here.
