Mr. Vanspall was a pleasure to deal with and saved us money. Organising a destination wedding in Portugal was stressful enough, but having the the financial transfer side of it made simple meant that we had one less major thing to worry about. I cannot recommend the services of Central FX. I have used them one time, and I cannot be more regretful of my decision.

Leaving aside the process, which was not clear at all, I only will advice to be sure that EVERYTHING is written in paper. I cannot mention more as the case is currently investigated by the Obudsman.

What I can mention is the exchange provided. Almost 2% commission above the official exchange rate (1.164 vs 1.143). Any other similar service like Transferwise provided the same service with less than half of their commission.

Extremely difficult to deal with. especially as a smaller company. Gary Hasell take note you are very difficult to get on the phone and nearly impossible to get a reply to an email. Delays and disappointment.

Terrible company, they couldn't process a payment so i had to ask for my sterling to be returned, this took far too long and worse i lost out on a decent Exchange rate that i could of done with my usual FX company!!

Extremely difficult to communicate with. As a smaller company it seems as though you are pushed to the side and are made to feel like a a nuisance rather than a customer.
