Bought a car from these guys back in December, they were so thorough throughout, very good communication, really helpful as were not local so kept in touch via phone a lot, they went above and beyond to sort anything out and never made me feel like I was asking for too much. Very friendly and make you feel very at ease.

I contacted Robert about a car via auto trader. Very swiftly received a reply and arranged a viewing along with a test drive. Pricing was fair and reasonable, and agreed a deal. The car had a couple of trims that needed re sitting and he arranged for it to be sorted there and then for us to take the car away. Not pressuring at all which is refreshing from any sales scenario.
I noticed the car also originally had a dash cam, which he arranged to get and sent on to me which arrived in today’s post as promised.
Very pleased and will certainly recommend and keep in mind for our next car purchase even though they are just over an hour away from home.

Found my dream car at a 4x4 specialist, had great communication with Rob, with loads of information, photos and videos before making the trip down from sunny Scotland, found the car to be better than described, Rob had mentioned that the spare key wasn’t working and that they would cover the cost of replacement. Once I had driven the near 500 miles home without a problem, I’d arranged for the car to go to my Porsche specialist I’d used before for the replacement key, unfortunately they weren’t able to help as it has to go the the dealer, although while with them it had developed a wet patch, dropping coolant on the floor!!!
Long and short is it needed repairs and a fairly hefty bill was to follow.
I called Rob as I didn’t quite know what was covered under the warranty, Rob approved and made payment for the work with no qualms and before any work was carried out, at the same time covered the new key that has to be programmed at the main dealer.

In short , I couldn’t recommend Cavendish uk car sales highly enough. Pain free , honest with great communication, buy with confidence,

Brought a car of these guys a few months ago. The sale was quick and easy, they got the car ready for when we wanted.

Move forward a month or so and the car had some issues, called Cavendish UK and they got us in that day or the day we chose, given a great courtesy car that actually made us consider changing again and had the car back within a day or too. This happened 3 times and all 3 times the service was excellent!

I will not be going anywhere else to buy a car in the future.

I searched for a good while for the model and spec I was after. By good fortune I found exactly what I wanted at Cavendish Cars.....the bad news was that they are 130 miles away.
However good reviews online and an extremely friendly phone chat convinced me that seeing the car would be worthwhile.
The car was absolutely as described, a little peach! Everybody I met was friendly and eager to help...so I'm now a proud new owner, Delighted!
