When you apply for a loan and get emails that it has been approved, that is just the beginning of a long game. You have to chase to get an update, then they take a lot of personal information off you and a week after you still don't get an update. It would be more efficient service to decline from the start than to create false hope. They do not render a very professional service and appears to me that there might just be a few people running this and they are totally out of their depth. I was more worried in the end that I hope my personal information including information from my bank statement would not be used inappropriately.

A further note to say that I did not receive any official notification to say it was declined, so that is not the basis of this review. It is the lack of proper information that is the issue. You need to work on your communication.

Applied for a loan paid back in full on all the correct dates never missed a payment. Went to reapply after paying old loan in full then get declined what a joke i can clearly pay it back on time we have been proven

Applied for another loan due to extortionate vets bills so I can put my dog out of pain, let's see how quickly this process goes as in a yes or no and funds being sent.
My first loan was great and offordable but was delayed in being deposited so let us see how this one goes.
Good company if you are experiencing temporary hardships or need a temporary float until payday.

5h later after ringing twice...told theres a backlog and theres nothing they can do!

Change what you write on your emails.

The people are literally reading off a script!
The inability to update theyre customers on ANYTHING regarding their application is POOR.

Signed a contract gave access to my bank and all private details. Had to wait a week before being declined

You need to be sent an access code in order to log in, this code always take hours to arrive and on occasion isn’t sent at all making it impossible to login.

They also take payment using the names “Cash4uNow” and “NovaLoans” so it’s not always clear that they’ve taken payment from you.

I had received a cold call from this company asking for my father. The "lady" who I spoken to had a stricken attitude. I requested the company she was from and said "data protection, I can't give you that". Staff need to be topped up on customer service regularly and address your company your calling from and respect.

Do not go with these absolute charlatans avoid at all costs they don't care about your situation and don't communicate at all when you try to get in touch with them about your hardship they just want your money and that's it. Loads of other loan companies are so much better and understanding than these. These have no existence of morals do yourselves a favour and use someone else
